A newly refurbished ground floor flat in a beautiful 1920's building. It is 1 bedroom but with a good size living area which includes a large L shaped sofa which converts into a double bed. If you would like this made up in preparation please let me know beforehand. Flat also has a smart TV for you to sign into your own Netflix account and a Google mini speaker.Guest access
I own both a travel cot and high chair. Please advise if these are required for your stay so I can drop them off at the flat beforehand.
The flat is based on the main road right in the centre of Southsea but is rear facing to a quiet vale on the back and you will have your own outside space. (There are patio doors to a fenced off yard area with back gate. Great for bikes. We have plans to renovate and provide outside furnishings wich will be carryied out early spring). The flat is in a building with full time tenants so guests will need to be mindful of this and keep noise to a minimum both in the flat and when outside

Awesome location right in the middle of Southsea with shops, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep and the beach a short 10 min walk away. Despite being right in the thick of it, this flat is lovely and peaceful, based on the ground floor facing a quiet vale away from the main road.Getting around
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.
