The space
A beautiful spacious first floor flat with flare! High ceilings and a generous hallway greet you when you walk through the door. All rooms are large and airy and decorated with unique and eclectic furnishings. A perfect space to socialise and hang-out while in Southsea.

The beautifully decorated lounge makes a cosy place to spend an evening in with smart TV and Netflix account.

The kitchen is a great social space. It's fully equipped for cooking and includes a dishwasher. There is a large dining area with window seat where you can see down to Albert Road in one direction or Spinnaker tower in the other direction.

The mater bedroom has a king bed and a luxurious feel. It's peacefully located at the rear of the building overlooking the garden below. The second bedroom has a double bed and is slightly more fun and quirky and it features a dressing table-come-study desk area.

The bathroom is also roomy and has both a sunken bath and walk in shower.

A travel cot and high chair are available on request.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole flat
Additional notes
Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.

A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.

All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.

Please let us know in advance if you require bedding for the sofa bed.
Guest interaction
I live in Portsmouth and am on hand if you need anything or would like advice or recommendations, but otherwise I will leave you to your own devices
Neighborhood overview
The property is 2 minutes walk to Albert Road, a buzzing and bright road that's full of shops, bars, restaurants and music venues, including the Wedgewood Rooms, which often hosts musicians, bands and comedy nights.

Southsea Seafront is also full of things to see and do, including a fun fair and a hovercraft to the Isle of Wight.

Gunwharf Quays is a popular retail outlet with shops such as Ted Baker and Levi's, as well as many restaurants overlooking the waterfront.
Getting around
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.
