Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3 per car per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.

The space
This studio is situated in a highly sought after conservation area, in walking distance from most points of interest. The studio is tucked away from the main road, part of a large Victorian house, but has its own private entrance, secured with a smart lock.

The spacious studio has a full kitchen with Fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and everything you might need to cook up a meal. There is also a dining table for eating or working.

The living / bedroom area has a lovely bohemian feel. There is a comfortable double bed, a 2 seater sofa, TV with Sky and a clothes rail. You will also find books and games for your entertainment and the beautiful bathroom has a spacious walk in shower.

**We would like to make guests aware the both the kitchen and bathroom have low ceilings so may not be ideal for guests over 6ft**

Additional notes
Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.

A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.

All of our properties are non-smoking (this includes the terrace) as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.

There is no laundry facilities on site for guests but there is a laundrette just 5 mins walk away.

Please let us know in advance if you require bedding for the sofa bed.

Neighborhood overview
The best spot in Southsea! Beautiful conservation area, just a few minutes walk to most places of interest. Plenty of coffee shops, bars and great restaurants nearby and just 15mins to the seafront or 20 minuted to Gunwharf Quays and Old Portsmouth
Getting around
Plenty of cheap taxis or Uber drivers around. Alternatively there are bus stops just a few minutes walk away.

Your nearest train station is Fratton which is 25 mins walk.

Parking requires a visitors permit, but we can provide them free of charge as long as you give us prior notice. You can then park on the street for free. It does get busy in this area though!
