The space
This 1st floor flat has 2 comfortable bedrooms. Relax in the open plan kitchen/living area is great social space. Keep back and relax and sign into your Netflix account with our smart TV, or connect your phone up to the Google speaker for music. You will also find a dining table & 4 chairs to eat a home cooked meal at.

The kitchen is fully equipped with what you need to cook a meal and even comes with basic such as salt, pepper and oil. You will find tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen too - just don't forget the milk!

The bedroom are comfortable and provide hanging space or drawers for your clothes and items and there is a modern bathroom with shower.

Additional notes
Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.

A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.

All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.

Neighborhood overview
St Ronans Rd is a fairly quiet road which features St Simons Church at one end. It is in Southsea and is just minutes from the seafront. It is also close to shops, bars and restaurants. Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth Historic dockyard are also a short drive away (or a 40min walk if you feel like stretching legs!). If you fancy a trip over to the Isle of Wight, you are just a 20 min walk to the Hovercraft.
Getting around
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.
